How to Set Up Auto Reply to Missed Calls
If a customer calls and you don't answer, you have about 2 minutes before they call your competitor. An SMS auto reply closes that gap. Here are the four ways to do it — from the free built-in options to AI services that qualify the lead for you.
1. iPhone — built-in auto reply
iOS has a Focus mode option that auto-replies to messages, but it won't reply to a missed call — only to an incoming text while you're busy. Workable for personal use, useless for missed business calls.
